We're four neighbourhood pizzerias across London — Westbourne Grove, Portobello Road, Marylebone and Chelsea — turning out slow-proved 14" pies to rooms that are full most nights. Behind the queue there's a kitchen and a floor team that make it look easy.
We're usually on the lookout for pizza chefs, kitchen porters, waiting staff, hosts and shift managers. Experience is great, but attitude matters more: if you're warm with guests, unbothered by a busy Saturday and genuinely care about the food going out, we'd like to hear from you.
